Our signature experience is a seasonal tasting menu that unfolds over multiple courses. Some dishes are inspired by ingredients, some by nostalgia, some by the classics.
Rooted in French technique, the menu is seafood and vegetable-focused, driven by sustainability, and centered on peak-season ingredients. Flavors are bold yet refined, shaped by Chef Mitchell’s upbringing in Detroit, the comfort cooking of his home, and the flavors that guided his unscripted journey to the penthouse of 70 Pine.
The menu shifts with the seasons and the inspiration of the kitchen. With advance notice, we are glad to accommodate most allergies, as well as vegetarian and vegan diets. Reservations are available for parties of one to six.
THE KITCHEN TABLE - $365 PER GUEST
The Kitchen Table is located in our Solarium - a glass-enclosed space unlike any other in New York. This intimate dining room offers a semi-private experience for up to ten guests, surrounded by skyline views and the quiet hum of the kitchen at work.
Groups up to six may reserve through Resy; parties of seven to ten are invited to inquire directly with our events team.
